i just want to know if i can refund or exchage my puppy...i bought him last month and the seller said it was completely vaccinated..but unfortunately,when our veterinarian checked him..he was diagnosed with viral infection under distemper..the vet said,if this puppy had his vaccines,he could never have this kind of infection...now we're trying everything to let him survive...fluid medications and nuerobions greatly helped him..but until now he's not completely recovered yet..still breaks our heart seeing him paralyzed...please what actions could we do regarding to the pet shop???

May binigay po ba sau na record or vaccinations or something like that?? dapat po kasi meron. di po enough ung sabi sabi lang na vaccinated...

meron po xang pcci papers with the name of the breeder tpos nka staple dun ung vaccination paper daw ng dog which our vet confirmed fake..kc unang una ung pagka card ng paper ibang iba sa pinakitang vaccination card ng vet..tpos pngalawa,wlang vet signature and licence no.,third, 2 stamps 5 in 1 vaccines nkadikit sa card pero bat gnun tinamaan prin ng distemper...nwala na nmin ung resibo ng pagkkabili sa dog...mahahabol pba nmin un?? kawawa nmn kc ung puppy...pag animal lover ka tlaga,prang nafefeel mo din ung sakit nya.. T_T what kind of business do shops at cartimar is currently doing...ndi ba cla naaawa sa mga puppy??

Awts... sa cartimar mo pala nabili... no offense sa mga shops dun pero, dami ko na nabasa dito sa ppf na nagkakasakit or namamatay ung mga nabili nilang puppies dun. mas maganda po if sa breeder ka talaga bibili. kung nasa inyo po sana ung resibo, malakas ang habol niyo kasi pwede niyo kasuhan ng Forgery Falsification of Documents since pineke nila ang isang offcial document. Pwede niyo rin ireklamo sa dti since business siya. or ipa XXX niyo or Imbestigador para di na makapangloko pa ng iba.

sad to hear dat..minsan tlga.. o kadalasan e may mga sakit sa cartimar..kasi marami aso dun na pwde magkahawahan ng sakit..lalo na we are talking about VIRUS here.. mbilis kumalat.. nwei, advice ko lang bago ka bumili ulit ng bgong tzu, sanitize ur place khit zonrox lang at lysol.. kasi nkakasurvive yung virus khit mtagal na..dapat idisinfect tlga.. kung mkakasurvive po yung tzu nyo po, carrier na po sya ng virus forever at pwde nya po mahawa yung future pets nyo po..sorry po kung directly ko sinasabi kasi po naisip ko bka bumili ulit kayo ng new dog tpos mahawa lang po.. i have friends in cartimar who buy and sell my dogs. for me, they are nice and honest people. siguro it's not about cartimar but it's about the seller mismo. sayang at natapat kayo sa manloloko. minsan kasi nagtatake advantage talaga ang mga ganyang tao. lalo na kung alam nila na hindi masyado maselan/mausisa ang buyer. sometimes we get too excited to buy our new pet kasi ang cute, kasi bago sa paningin natin. pero sa totoo dapat maging mas maingat at mapanuri. hindi lahat ng may pcci ay pure breed. hindi lahat ng may vet record ay healthy (pwedeng complete shots nga pero mali ang pag-turok ng vaccine, so bale wala lang!). hindi lahat ng mabait na seller ay sincere at honest.

i hope gumaling na po ang dog nyo. mahirap, magastos at seryosong sakit ang canine distemper.
at kahit po gumaling na totally ang dog nyo, (i think) carrier na rin siya ng virus na pwedeng maipasa nya sa iba nyo pang pets.

hi. we do have same case. kaso sken s tiende ko nnbili un poodle ko. after 3days namatay un pup n nbili ko. and nbasa ko na 7-10 days ang effect ng parvo s pup so tnwagan nmin agd un shop. pnalitan nila un smen and hningan nla kme ng proof n nmtay un dog (for me, this is bull#$*@, as if manloloko kme eh awang awa ako s aso nun sumusuka and poop). try to go to the shop. sbhin nyu what happened and mamataray kau (kc ganun gnwa ko kya natakot cguro, haha)
sana mging ok un pup nyu.

[geeek,mayapot] tama po kyo,it's not the place which is cruel..it's the people at that place who's being cruel,which i should have known before i adopt the pup...ndi ako naligaw sa honest breeder pero on the other hand,im saving a puppy...na kung wla xa sakin..malamang patay n xa ngaun..cguro mga one year pa ulet ako kukuha ng new pet...ndi ko pa po naiisip ngaun kc nd2 pa nmn ung puppy...buhay pa nmn and still tryin to survive.. advice nga din po ng vet ung pag disinfect..kc ndi nkikita ng bare eyes ung virus..thank you po for reminding me ^^ .

gusto ko lng po itanong...pwede ko bang ihabol sa breeder yung about sa puppy ko??dba po may record nmn xa sa pcci kung totoong registered breeder nga xa..worse is,pag fake yung pcci paper >.<

*kahit complete shots nagkakaron parin ng virus.

*breeder yung nagshot kaya walang vet sign.

*1month na yun., hindi na siguro marerefund..

*alam ko may pinipirmahan dun na nagsasabi na "safe and healthy mo nakuha ang dog nila" pinirmahan mo ba yun?

*sabi mo po 2stamp? dapat po 3-4 ang shots ng 5in1
